Inexpensive & practical
I guess its different for each person who uses it, but for me it helps me track mileage better on outdoor runs, shows you at what points in the run you performed the best pace or where altitudes changed along your course. It also tracks your fastest 1k, 5k, etc to help push you during training for 5ks or halls. Ive used this app for about 3 years now and it keeps me motivated and consistent. My only complaint that other people have listed as well is that the mileage estimates have been off lately, particularly during indoor use. The distance can be off sometimes by upwards of 1.5 miles depending on the length of my runs at the gym, thus throwing mile time off too. I cant comment on the Nike iPod portion because I dont use it, I use Pandora.. But overall good app and inexpensive.
