Great App

I use the app with my Nike running watch. I havent ran with just the appI like tracking miles on my shoes. Nice to see how the run went. I have used the coaching twice. I dont like how the scheduled long run is on Fridays. Most people including me run long over the weekends. Wish they would change that. Overall great app
